International Shipping & Logistics
What countries and regions do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, with established logistics routes covering Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and beyond. We work with major international freight carriers and can arrange express (DHL/FedEx/UPS), sea freight, and air freight depending on order size and urgency.
How long does delivery take for international orders?
Delivery timelines depend on order type:
- Sample orders: 3-5 business days production + transit time
- Bulk orders: 5-15 business days production + transit time
- Express shipping: typically 3-7 days door-to-door
- Sea freight: 15-45 days depending on destination port
Who is responsible for customs duties and import taxes?
By default, orders are shipped on EXW or FOB terms, meaning import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the buyer's responsibility. We can also arrange CIF or DDP terms upon request. We provide all necessary export documents including commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin to facilitate smooth customs clearance.
Can you provide tracking information after shipment?
Yes. Once your order ships, we will send you the tracking number and carrier details via email. For bulk sea freight, we provide the Bill of Lading and shipping documents. We proactively update logistics status throughout the transit and are available to assist with any delivery inquiries.

What payment methods do you accept?
We support multiple internationally recognized payment methods to accommodate buyers from different regions:
- T/T (Telegraphic Transfer / Bank Wire) -- most common for B2B orders
- L/C (Letter of Credit) -- available for large-volume orders
- Credit Card -- accepted via secure online channels
- Alibaba Trade Assurance -- full buyer protection on Alibaba platform
What are the typical payment terms for bulk orders?
Standard payment terms for bulk orders via T/T are 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment. For long-term cooperative clients, we can discuss more flexible terms. L/C at sight is also accepted for orders meeting minimum value thresholds. All payment arrangements are confirmed in the Proforma Invoice (PI).
Is my payment secure? How do you protect buyers?
We are a verified supplier with ISO 9001:2015 certification and a track record since 2005. For additional security, we recommend using Alibaba Trade Assurance, which protects your payment until you confirm satisfactory receipt. We also issue formal PI and contracts before any payment, and provide complete shipping documentation for customs and audit purposes.

What customization options are available?
We offer full OEM and ODM services, including:

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom orders?
For standard catalog bearings, our MOQ is as low as 1 piece -- ideal for testing and sampling. For OEM/ODM custom production, MOQ varies by specification and is confirmed during the quoting process. We are flexible and encourage buyers to discuss requirements directly so we can find the most suitable arrangement.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely. We strongly encourage sampling before bulk commitment. Free samples are offered to qualified distributors -- the buyer covers freight costs only. Sample production takes 3-5 business days. This allows you to verify dimensions, precision, noise level, and surface quality before committing to a full production run.
What certifications do your products comply with?
All products are manufactured and tested in compliance with ISO, ABMA, and DIN international standards. Our factory holds ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) certifications. Test reports and certificates of conformance are available upon request for each batch shipment.
After-Sales & Warranty
What is your warranty policy for international orders?
We provide a 12-month comprehensive warranty on all products from the date of delivery. If any quality defects are confirmed to be manufacturing-related, we will arrange replacement or full refund. Our R&D and QC teams are available to assist with failure analysis and provide technical guidance throughout the warranty period.
What if I receive damaged or incorrect products?
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and a description of the issue. We will investigate promptly. For confirmed manufacturing defects or shipping damage, we will arrange free replacement shipment or credit at no additional cost. We take full responsibility for quality issues originating from our production process.
Do you provide technical support for product selection and installation?
Yes. Our professional R&D and QC engineering team provides full technical support including bearing selection guidance, working condition analysis, installation recommendations, and failure diagnosis. Whether you are matching bearings to specific machinery or troubleshooting performance issues, we are here to support you throughout the product lifecycle.
